Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you order from That Girl Threads, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

We offer store credit or exchanges only. Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please enter our return portal. Here.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with next steps and return instructions. Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, That Girl Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Final Sale

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
